Why should one Donate?
REWAC Cameroon is solely for public benefit. It is entirely a donor relevant organization from its humanitarian character and mandate. REWAC Cameroon relies totally on charitable and free will donations for its activities. We have so far received funding and support in kind from the Mundemba Council of the Bakassi Area in Cameroon; PAMOL Plantations PLc, Cameroon; BOMOTE Trading Enterprises; the Ministry of Secondary Education, Cameroon as well as the Ministry of Social Affairs, Cameroon, amongst others.
Therefore, in order to continue and develop its work, REWAC Cameroon is constantly seeking new sources of funding.
Donations will help REWAC Cameroon to take refugee cases to Cameroon Courts and thereby bring about social change via ‘pro-bono’ legal aid activities.
We shall also use donations to advance and foster training of the public, particularly key stakeholders, paralegals etc on matters relating to refugees.
In addition, we shall undertake relevant refugee sustainable livelihood activities, and give psycho social support, education for refugees children and other capacity building ventures.
Our objectives will therefore be achieved through the funding of projects from donations which will stimulate aid where the determination of the status of refugees is at stake.
