Why should I donate to Refugee Welfare Association Cameroon?
Refugee Welfare Association Cameroon is a Non-Government Organisation (NGO) with humanitarian character and a legal and ethical mandate.
REWAC relies totally on charity for its life-changing work. Therefore, in order to continue and develop its work, REWAC Cameroon is constantly seeking funds, in-kind donations and volunteers.
Your support will help REWAC Cameroon to continue to take refugee cases to Cameroon Courts, bringing about social change from the ground up. In addition, donations to REWAC fund vital education and food-security work.
We have so far received funding and support in kind from the Mundemba Council of the Bakassi Area in Cameroon; PAMOL Plantations PLc, Cameroon; BOMOTE Trading Enterprises; the Ministry of Secondary Education, Cameroon as well as the Ministry of Social Affairs, Cameroon, amongst others.
What will my donation do?
Your donations enable our training advocacy program for volunteers, stakeholders and paralegals who work with refugees in Cameroon every day. Local partnerships, enable REWAC to support ‘pro-bono’ legal aid activities.
Charitable donations also underpin our ongoing education and food security programs – as REWAC continues its work in the local community.
